Latanetta Jackson serves as the Treasurer of The Upliftment Collective, where she provides financial oversight while advancing the organization's mission to empower youth, strengthen families, and build thriving communities. She brings a strong foundation in education, leadership, and community service, ensuring the organization's resources are managed with integrity, accountability, and transparency.

Professionally, Latanetta serves as a Career and Guidance Technician, where she helps students navigate college, career, and postsecondary pathways. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Mathematics Education, reflecting her commitment to expanding educational opportunities and inspiring the next generation of learners.

A passionate advocate for student success, Latanetta is actively involved in educational leadership throughout the Victor Valley community. She serves as the Black Student Union (BSU) Advisor at Victor Valley High School, where she mentors student leaders and cultivates a positive, culturally affirming environment that promotes academic achievement, leadership, and personal growth. She is also an active member of the Victor Valley Union High School District Equity Team, working collaboratively to advance equitable practices and improve educational outcomes for all students. In addition, she is a dedicated member of the NAACP, where she supports initiatives that promote civil rights, educational equity, and community empowerment.

Throughout her career and volunteer service, Latanetta has dedicated herself to mentoring youth, supporting college and career readiness initiatives, organizing community events, and building partnerships that connect families with valuable resources. She believes that collaboration, education, and meaningful relationships are essential to creating lasting change and empowering future generations.

As Treasurer, Latanetta combines financial stewardship with a servant leader's heart. She is committed to ensuring that The Upliftment Collective remains a trusted and sustainable organization capable of expanding its impact for years to come.
